Meet Leah

Leah, a certified sports dietitian and nutritionist specializing in plant-based diets, graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science with Dietetic honors from QUT in 2016. She is registered with both Dietitians Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia.

As a plant-based competitive powerlifter, she leverages her firsthand experience to guide others on similar paths.

With a focus on harmonizing plant-based diets with athletic goals, Leah has worked with a diverse clientele, including elite powerlifters, professional boxers, and recreational athletes.

Leah also prioritizes inclusive and affirming care for queer, trans, non-binary and neurodivergent folks & is incredibly passionate about this!

  • You do not have to be vegan to sign up for this service. Leah has worked with everyone from those who are 100% vegan to those who have no interest in plant-based nutrition.

    So wherever you are in your journey and how plant-based you want to be is completely up to you! PLANTSTRONG simply supports your dietary choices & guides you on how to make those choices work for you and your goals both from a health & performance perspective. Although, if you are a carnivore, we may not be the best fit 😂

  • Of course! If you have an internet connection, we are good to go. I currently work with many clients across the US, Canada, England, Australia, and New Zealand as well as other parts of the world.

  • Yes, I provide meal plans as part of the service, unless it is not suited to an individual and another approach makes more sense. Meal plans are also made to be flexible. You will not be required to eat certain meals on certain days or any of that nonsense!

  • No, I see everybody. If you are in a situation where you can benefit from adjusting your nutrition, I would love to see you. I just specifically have expertise in sports nutrition as well.

  • >95% of my clients are online simply out of convenience or because they live in another state or country.

    These sessions are simply conducted via Zoom.

    But I also offer in-person consults every Thursday (3-9pm) at Valhalla Strength Brisbane based in Virginia, QLD
