My Philosophy
You may have noticed by now that I am not the most conventional-looking dietitian you have ever met. I am really passionate about authenticity & well not having a stick up my ass, to be really honest.
I want to be able to be me and I want you to be you, if we gel and enjoy working together, HELL YEAH! That’s what makes me love my job and you enjoy coming to your appointments. It is a win-win, if you ask me.
As a sports dietitian, I freaking love what I do, and being able to get up every day and work with my amazing clients is truly a dream. I am not here looking to make a quick buck and deliver sub-par service. I am passionate and I love working with people who are eager to learn, grow and collaborate.
My practice is also completely inclusive! Like I said, I want you to be 100% you, and in return, I will give you 110% of me.

Do I Need To Be Vegan?
You do not have to be vegan to sign up for this service. Leah has worked with everyone from those who are 100% vegan to those who have no interest in plant-based nutrition.
So wherever you are in your journey and how plant-based you want to be is completely up to you! PLANTSTRONG simply supports your dietary choices & guides you on how to make those choices work for you and your goals both from a health & performance perspective. Although, if you are a carnivore, we may not be the best fit 😂🤣
More About Leah
Leah is a qualified sports dietitian & nutritionist who graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science with Dietetic honors in 2016. She is registered with both Dietitians Australia & Sports Dietitians Australia.
As a vegan and competitive powerlifter herself, she understands the challenges that can arise in balancing a plant-based diet and athletic goals and is eager to share her knowledge with other people in the same position.
Leah has worked with 100s of plant-based athletes from elite powerlifters to professional boxers and over this time has developed an extensive skill set in the field.
