  • If your private health covers nutrition & dietetics, we can organise invoices for you to claim. Just make sure to let me know you are interested in this.

  • You do not have to be vegan to sign up for this service. Leah has worked with everyone from those who are 100% vegan to those who have no interest in plant-based nutrition.

    So wherever you are in your journey and how plant-based you want to be is completely up to you! PLANTSTRONG simply supports your dietary choices & guides you on how to make those choices work for you and your goals both from a health & performance perspective. Although, if you are a carnivore, we may not be the best fit 😂

  • Of course! If you have an internet connection, we are good to go. I currently work with many clients across the US, Canada, England, Australia, and New Zealand as well as other parts of the world.

  • No problems at all! Everything is recorded and available throughout the course & you will have access to it for 12-months after the course aswell

    And if you have questions about the content, I am only an email or Insta DM away

  • If you already have a coach or program that suits you, we can simply swap the training program for an extra nutrition review so you are getting more of what you need
